Herbal Training: <\/strong>
Clinically trained herbalist in the Vitalist tradition through ACORN School of Herbal Medicine (2023\u20132025), completing over 800 hours of study under the guidance of Heather Luna, with the honor of having her teacher, Paul Bergner, join us as he could. <\/p><\/blockquote>

Primitive Skills:<\/strong>
Developed through hands-on, self-directed practice, supported by a wide range of teachers \u2014 from in-person mentors to books, online instructors, and traditional knowledge.
